100% free, no hidden charges. Nidhi Diagnostics covers home collection within 5 km of Mansarovar at no cost. Our phlebotomist arrives at your preferred time, uses fully sterile single-use equipment, and you pay only the test price — nothing extra.

How can your prices be 50% lower than big labs? Is the quality compromised?+

Absolutely not. Same quality, smaller overheads. Our lab partner Chandan Diagnostic is NABL-accredited, uses the same equipment as big chains, and follows identical testing protocols. We pass savings to you because we don't spend crores on advertising, brand endorsements, or premium real-estate rent.

How quickly will I get my test report?+

Most pathology reports are delivered on WhatsApp within 24 hours of sample collection. MRI and CT scans: 24–48 hours. Urgent cases can be prioritized — just tell us when booking.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?+

It depends on the test. Fasting (10–12 hours) is required for Lipid Profile, Glucose Fasting, and full checkups. No fasting needed for CBC, Thyroid, Vitamin D, B12, and most other tests. Our team will tell you exactly what to do when you book.

Can I pay online or only cash?+

Multiple options — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash, or card. You can pay at the time of sample collection or after receiving the report. Nidhi Diagnostics does not demand advance payment for small tests.

What if I don't understand my report? Will someone explain it?+

Yes — our team is always available on WhatsApp to clarify what your numbers mean. For specific medical advice, we recommend consulting your family doctor. We can also guide you on which values need attention and which are within normal ranges.

Do you have a walk-in option or is it home-collection only?+

Both! Our centre is in Mansarovar, Jaipur and open 8 AM to 8 PM, all 7 days. Walk in anytime for blood tests, X-Ray, or MRI. For blood tests, you can also choose free home collection if you prefer.
